We are actively recruiting for the following position(s):

SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Department: Shared Services
Locations: Lake Mary, Florida

Function
    Outstanding communication and testing skills required.
    Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors.
    Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed.
    Ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
    Troubleshoot issues with software and clocks in a timely manner.
    Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
    Candidate must be able to work independently.
    This position will eventually be a work from home opportunity.
Qualifications:

    1 year of technical experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong customer service, problem resolution and communication skills are necessary.

    Experience with MS-SQL Server and MS-Access. Exposure to web based applications. A plus is experience with Windows Operating Systems, HTML, ColdFusion. Other equivalent tools such as .NET is also a strong plus.

Implementation Positions

Department: Account Team (Red Team)
Locations: Lake Mary, Florida

Function
Responsible for the successful implementation of the various components of the ITCS-WebClock through project management knowledge and skills. Acts as a liaison between new client and internal departments to include sales and technical support. Performs remote and occasional on-site analysis of requirements for time and attendance and payroll integration using a consultative approach to ensure successful implementation.

    Provides implementation services and deliverables to implement the ITCS-WebClock.
    Analyzes requirements for time and attendance and payroll integration
    Responsible for auditing all of the client requirements and system configuration during the conversion period.
    Provides support to client issues during the implementation process.
    Responsible for the continued building of a successful business relationship/ partnership with the client
    Provides timely and accurate input on project status.
    Exposure to web based applications a plus.

Qualifications:

Innovative and Energized with the ability to multi-task. Candidate will be able to perform Need Analysis and have Project Management skills. Must be able to perform problem analysis and resolution through good negotiation skills. Must be a good team player and strong communication skills required. Experience with Time and Attendance, Payroll and PEO (Professional Employer Organization) a strong plus. Looking for a minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant industry and posses strong account and project management skills.
